Brad began his contract furniture industry career in 1988. Throughout his career, his focus has been on the client and exceeding their expectations in every phase. Building relationships that transcend furniture is his greatest passion. During his career, Brad has furnished office space in every state and several foreign countries. Brad believes

Beth Romero

Office Manager


Beth was the first employee hired by Team Office and remains a key associate 20 years later. Beth brings many years of contract furniture experience to our team.  Beth’s attention to detail allows her to provide an unmatched level of accuracy. Beth coordinates all orders between the Team Office and all manufacturers and is very involved in all financial aspects of Team Office.

Jerry Sullivan

Head of Installation


Jerry has been providing his expertise for over 35 years.  His past experience includes installation, warehouse management, construction management and project management.  Some of his larger projects include AT&T Pavilion, Sprint, and Black & Veatch.  Because of his vast experience, he excels at planning furniture moves and installations, job site troubleshooting and eliminating costly downtime.

His time management skills provide accurate scheduling of complex and deadline driven projects.  Jerry is considered by many local industry experts to be the finest office furniture project manager in the area.

Kenda Martinez-Sheriff

Senior Workplace Consultant


Kenda has over 10 years experience in the contract furniture industry. Her degree in interior design and passion for creating spaces that truly fit her clients needs makes each project she works on a success. Kenda has designed and furnished workplaces across the country. She earned a BFA in Interior Design from University of Central Missouri.

Jessica Bowlby

Senior Workplace Consultant


As a senior workplace consultant at Team Office, I have the opportunity to utilize and blend both my education in interior design, and my passion for people. I received my BFA in Interior Design from University of Central Missouri in 2005. I worked at Team Office for nearly 9 years before I left to be a stay-at-home mom to my two sons. I am forever grateful for the years I had at home with my family, but it is time to turn the page. I couldn't be more thrilled that I get the chance to go back to doing what I truly love. At my core, I am a people person who thrives building relationships. My position here at Team Office allows me to help my clients create a workspace that fits their needs, culture and budget. From the initial planning stages all the way to installation day, I am here to ensure that my clients truly love the place where they spend their days.

Melanie Gross

Design Manager


Melanie has been the lead designer for some of the largest commercial projects in Kansas City for over 20 years. Before joining Team Office, Melanie was an interior designer at a Steelcase dealership and was heavily involved in many large furniture and wall projects. Her attention to detail and eye for innovation in design is fundamental in space planning and solving furniture design needs. Melanie earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from Iowa State University.
